Shipping

At JÑĀNA, we produce strictly made-to-order to eliminate overproduction and textile waste. Every garment is printed, inspected, and packed individually upon purchase.

Fulfillment & Delivery Timelines

Because each piece is crafted on demand rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf, your delivery timeline consists of two stages:

  • Stage 1: Production & Quality Inspection (2–4 business days)

Your blank garment is cut, printed, cured, and subjected to a manual quality check.

  • Stage 2: Tracked Courier Transit (7–12 business days)

Your parcel is dispatched via international or domestic tracked postal lines (such as USPS in the US or Royal Mail/Evri in the UK).

Total Estimated Turnaround: 10–18 business days from the date your order is placed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the total weight of your parcel:

  • United Kingdom: Calculated at checkout (tracked courier delivery).

  • United States: Calculated at checkout (dispatched via domestic or special line tracked services).

  • Rest of the World: Calculated at checkout based on standard international weight brackets.

Note on multi-item orders: If your order contains multiple garments, they may occasionally ship in separate parcels depending on item availability and production facility routing. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package at no additional postage charge.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order completes production and is handed to the shipping courier, you will automatically receive a dispatch confirmation email containing a live tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking events to update in the carrier system.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • UK & US Deliveries: Orders are shipped via Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) postal lanes where applicable, meaning no surprise customs fees upon arrival.

  • International Orders (Rest of World): Shipments may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
