Delivery & Tracking

All drop orders are crafted made-to-order and dispatched via tracked courier within 7–14 business days. Your tracking link is automatically generated and sent via email once your garment departs the facility.

Exchanges & Quality

As all items are made to order to eliminate textile waste, we do not support returns for buyer's remorse or sizing swaps. If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or transit damage, email us with clear photos within 7 days of delivery, and we will issue an immediate replacement.
